Annual Benefits Enrollment: October 7-18
Annual Benefits Enrollment for benefits-eligible faculty and staff will take place Monday, Oct. 7 through Friday, Oct. 18, 2024. Beginning Monday, you will need to enroll via Workday if you are changing benefit elections, adding or removing a dependent(s), and/or planning to participate in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA). FSA elections do not automatically renew from one year to the next, and require active enrollment from you each year.
Elect your 2025 benefits by accessing your Workday inbox, clicking the Open Enrollment Change task, and following the instructions on the screen.
There are a variety of resources available to help you understand your benefits and navigate the enrollment process:
- Benefits Forum: Join us on Friday, Oct. 4, from Noon to 1 p.m. for an overview of benefits changes for the 2025 plan year and a conversation on the state of health care at Wake Forest and nationally.
- Benefits Fair: Our annual Benefits Fair returns Tuesday, Oct. 8, from Noon to 4 p.m. in Sutton Center, 4th Floor Gym. Colleagues are invited to attend the fair to learn more about our benefits offerings, speak with benefit vendors, and enjoy some free gelato while it lasts!
- Annual Benefits Enrollment Webpage: Visit the Annual Benefits Enrollment webpage for an overview 2025 benefits updates, additional resources, and frequently asked questions to help you navigate the enrollment period and upcoming plan year.
- Enrollment & Decision Guide: This step-by-step Enrollment & Decision Guide walks you through all the benefits you need to consider during the open enrollment period and what questions you need to answer before selecting your benefits.
- Benefits Guidebook: The 2025 Benefits Guidebook provides more detailed information about all University benefits, including premiums and coverage options.
